My experience with this dealership was not the greatest. Let me explain, and you can be the judge.
I had a scheduled appointment to look at a used vehicle and arrived early, having driven about an hour to get there. They took me early, which was great, and everyone I dealt with was really nice and respectful. However, the problems I encountered were with the vehicle condition itself.

Milford Mitsubishi was quick and efficient getting our paperwork in order and even though had quite the inventory and business coming and and out throughout the day, they were very helpful in being able to correspond over email and phone before we were able to make it in to for a test drive.

If I could give this dealership zero star, I would I bought a car in October from this dealership in November the paint started coming off the car. The turbo sign for the car was missing. I dropped my car off on novermber 27 and it’s now December 07 and I have yet to hear about what’s going on with

Terrible dealership, don’t waste your time! They did not want to work with us unless we financed through them. They were also upset that we didn’t want the extra insurance packages. They sold the vehicle to someone else that financed with them while my son was at the bank getting the check. Complete snakes. I’ve never experienced terrible customer service like this before.
This dealership has to be one of the lowest and most disappointing places to buy a car. Stay as far away as you can. They sold my son a car, the financial guy jacked the price $4,000 and added in a tire and wheel package for $1600 and didn’t explain a thing. Also told him the loan was 3 years and it’s 6. Also they didn’t provide him his rate from the bank or his credit score as they’re suppose to, lastly no paperwork on the company providing the tire and wheel package, they’re as shady as can be. ... I would not recommend this dealership because of the sales agents/Manager Michael and Dave they are crooks and racist as they try to push you to sign documents without reading and when asked to clarify, they get an attitude. For a 3+ hour visit, they didn't even offer a bottle of water. Treated people of my color like garbage. If it wasn't for salesperson Jacob and Jimmie who were expectational and really went above and beyond to accommodate my request, inquires and comfortability. So disappointed as everyone tries to scam you out of your hard-earned money!!!!
I would not recommend Milford Mitsubishi. We were looking to buy a car, we had a few must haves ( Car Play and adaptive cruise control). We found a Cadillac XT6 on CarGurus that checked all the boxes. We went to test drive and asked our salesmen if the car had adaptive cruise control and he told us yes. We purchased the car, when we got the car home we could not get the cruise to work. We called back and our salesman told us to come by and he will show us how it works. He take the car out ... Beware. I purchased a car here. Process was smooth until I got home and looked through some of the documents. Here is a list of the items/fees that were added that I was unaware of and never asked for;
Protective VSC - $2,995
Protective Tire and Wheel - $744
Protective Paint and Fabric - $3,190
Protective Etch/Theft - $449
